Pre-JEWELS Session
10 hours of online lecture series conducted by internationally diverse instructors.
There will be 10 online lectures conducted by 10 instructors from departments such as Marketing, Marine Tech and Green Strategy, among others. These sessions will allow you to learn and experience the foundations of the global container shipping business that ONE is commited to.
JEWELS at Singapore
1-week internship at our Global Headquarters in Singapore, where employees from 18 different nationalities work together
Your assignment in the Global Headquarters in Singapore will be determined through the online sessions and individual interviews. Not only will you get to experience working on-the-job at your assigned department, you will also be given a project relating to the business, culminating in a presentation on the final day regarding the work you have done. You will not need to bear travel or accomodation expenses to Singapore.
JEWELS Mentorship
Mentorship provided by employees working at the frontlines of the global business
During your time in our Global Headquarters in Singapore, there will be ONE employees from various nationalities ready to support you as mentors. You will decide what you will be working on during your internship through discussions with your mentor. Feel free to ask if you have any questions at all.
